Your dog's health record, on your phone
PokiPaw is a free app that keeps your dog's health record up to date: vaccines and boosters, deworming, treatments with doses ticked off, vet visits, weight and photographed documents. You get reminders 7, 2 and 1 days before every due date, the whole family sees the same record, and the PDF report goes to any vet.
No ads, no credit card. 339 dog breeds, vaccination and deworming schedules, PDF export for any clinic.
What goes into your dog's digital health record
Everything in the paper booklet, plus what never fits in it: daily doses, weight, expenses and photos of documents.
Vaccines and boosters
Every vaccine with date, vet and a photo of the certificate. Visual calendar and reminders 7, 2 and 1 days before each booster, including the yearly rabies shot.
Internal and external deworming
Product, dose and the date of the next treatment. The quarterly or monthly schedule no longer depends on memory.
Treatments, dose by dose
Antibiotic, chronic treatment or a short course: frequency, doses ticked off, doses missed and who gave them. The full history exports.
Visits, diagnoses, lab results
Consultations, surgeries, lab results, allergies and chronic conditions, with notes and attachments. A PDF report for any new vet.
Weight and daily journal
Weigh-ins with a chart, walks, meals, water, sleep and mood. Exercise and nutrition targets for 167 dog breeds.
Documents and microchip
Booklet pages, rabies certificate, passport, microchip number and insurance, all in one place, ready to show at the kennel or the border.
How to start, in three steps
Copying the booklet takes a few minutes, once. After that, the app keeps the record.
Add your dog
Name, birth date and breed, picked from 339 breeds. From the birth date, PokiPaw suggests estimated dates for the first vaccines, which you correct from the booklet.
Copy the paper booklet
Enter the vaccines and dewormings already done, by the brand name on the vial if that is easier, and photograph the pages and the rabies certificate.
Let the reminders work
Notifications 7, 2 and 1 days before every due date. Invite the family with a code so anyone can tick off the morning dose.
The dog vaccination schedule, in short
The intervals below are the ones most clinics use. In PokiPaw, every row becomes a vaccine with a due date and reminders.
| Age | What happens |
|---|---|
| 6–8 weeks | First DHPP dose (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and first internal deworming, if the breeder or shelter has not done it. |
| 9–11 weeks | Second DHPP dose. Optional Bordetella if the puppy will go to a kennel, groomer or training class. |
| 12–14 weeks | Third DHPP dose and first rabies dose. Optional leptospirosis and Lyme, depending on where you live. |
| 15–17 weeks | Last dose of the DHPP series and the second dose of any optional vaccines started. A week later the puppy can go to the park. |
| 12 months | DHPP booster and rabies booster. From here, rabies is repeated every 1–3 years depending on the vaccine and local law, and DHPP every 1–3 years on your vet's advice. |
Rabies vaccination is required by law in many countries and US states, and always for travel with a pet passport; it goes in the paper booklet and is asked for at kennels and borders. The schedule above is a guide: exact intervals, optional vaccines and any tests are set by your veterinarian based on your dog's age, health and lifestyle.
Deworming, in the same record
| Stage | Usual schedule |
|---|---|
| Puppies, 2–12 weeks | Internal deworming every 2 weeks, usually at the same visits as the vaccine series. |
| 3–6 months | Internal deworming monthly. |
| Adult | Internal at least every 3 months, monthly for dogs with high exposure (daily park, hunting, raw food, small children at home). External, flea and tick, by product: usually monthly in season or year-round. |
Works with any vet, anywhere
PokiPaw is developed in Romania, in the European Union, by Trinx Solutions. It does not depend on a clinic network: the record is yours, you fill it in, and any vet receives it as a PDF.
- Vaccines can be found by the brand name on the vial, not just the medical name: Nobivac, Versican, Eurican, Biocan, Purevax.
- Works with any veterinary clinic; if you change vets, the history stays complete.
- Your data stays yours: PDF and CSV export any time, account deletion from one place, no ads and no data resale.
- Real-time family sharing: the same record on every phone, including who gave the last dose.
Free for one dog. Premium when you have more.
The free plan is not a demo: it has every feature of the record, for one dog.

Frequently asked questions about your dog's health record
Does PokiPaw replace the paper booklet from the vet?
No. The paper booklet, stamped and signed by the vet, remains the official document, for example for rabies or the pet passport. PokiPaw is its digital copy and organizer: you photograph the pages, enter the dates, get reminders before due dates and export a PDF report to show any clinic.
Is the app free?
Yes. The free plan includes one dog with every feature: medical records, vaccines, deworming, treatments, daily journal, expenses, documents, PDF export and sharing with one family member. No credit card and no ads. Premium, $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year after a 14-day trial, unlocks more dogs and the free plan's limits; the price in your currency is shown in the store.
Does my vet need to use PokiPaw?
No. PokiPaw works with any clinic: you enter what the booklet says or photograph the page, and send the PDF report to any vet. If your clinic is on the PokiPaw platform for veterinarians, you can connect it to your dog's record, only with your consent.
How do I know when a vaccine or deworming is due?
For every vaccine or deworming with a due date you get notifications 7 days, 2 days and 1 day before, and the vaccination calendar shows the whole year at a glance. Treatments remind you of every dose, which you tick off in the app, with the name of whoever gave it.
Can the rest of the family or the pet sitter see the record?
Yes. You create a family group and share a join code. The free plan includes one extra member, and with Family Seats the group can grow to 10 people. Everyone sees the same record in real time and can tick off a dose or log a walk.
What do I do with the old paper booklet?
When you add your dog, PokiPaw estimates the dates of the first vaccines from the birth date, and you correct them from the booklet. Vaccines can also be found by the brand name on the vial, for example Nobivac, Versican, Eurican or Biocan. Photograph the booklet pages and save them under Documents, so you have them at the kennel, the groomer or a new vet.
