No ads, no credit card. 89 cat breeds, vaccination and deworming schedules, PDF export for any clinic.

Cat vaccination schedule tracked in the PokiPaw app

What goes into your cat's digital health record

Everything in the paper booklet, plus what never fits in it: daily doses, weight, meals and photos of documents.

Vaccines and boosters

FVRCP, rabies, FeLV: each with date, vet and a photo of the certificate. Visual calendar and reminders 7, 2 and 1 days before each booster.

Internal and external deworming

Product, dose and the date of the next treatment, including the monthly flea pipette everyone forgets.

Treatments, dose by dose

Chronic treatment or a short course: frequency, doses ticked off, doses missed and who gave them. The full history exports for the vet.

Visits, diagnoses, lab results

Consultations, neutering, blood work, allergies and chronic conditions, with notes and attachments. A PDF report for any new vet.

Weight and daily journal

Weigh-ins with a chart, meals, water, litter box, sleep and mood. Nutrition and activity targets for 44 cat breeds.

Documents and microchip

Booklet pages, rabies certificate, passport, microchip number and insurance, all in one place, ready to show at the cattery or the border.

How to start, in three steps

Copying the booklet takes a few minutes, once. After that, the app keeps the record.

1

Add your cat

Name, birth date and breed, picked from 89 breeds. From the birth date, PokiPaw suggests estimated dates for the first vaccines, which you correct from the booklet.

2

Copy the paper booklet

Enter the vaccines and dewormings already done, by the brand name on the vial if that is easier, and photograph the pages and the rabies certificate.

3

Let the reminders work

Notifications 7, 2 and 1 days before every due date. Invite the family with a code so anyone can tick off the morning pill.

The cat vaccination schedule, in short

The intervals below are the ones most clinics use. In PokiPaw, every row becomes a vaccine with a due date and reminders.

AgeWhat happens
6–8 weeksFirst FVRCP dose (rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia). FeLV and FIV test if the vet recommends it. First internal deworming.
10–12 weeksSecond FVRCP dose. First FeLV dose if the cat will go outdoors or lives with other cats.
14–16 weeksThird FVRCP dose and rabies. Second FeLV dose if it was started.
12 monthsFVRCP, rabies and FeLV boosters. From here, FVRCP every 1–3 years, and rabies depending on the vaccine and the law, required for a pet passport and travel.

Indoor or outdoor, the core schedule is the same. FeLV, FIV or Bordetella are added based on exposure risk, and rabies is required for a pet passport and travel, and by law in many places. The schedule above is a guide: exact intervals, optional vaccines and tests are set by your veterinarian based on your cat's age, health and lifestyle.

Deworming, in the same record

StageUsual schedule
Kittens, 3–9 weeksInternal deworming every 2 weeks, usually at the same visits as the vaccine series.
3–6 monthsInternal deworming monthly.
AdultInternal every 3 months for cats that go outdoors or hunt; for indoor cats the vet may stretch the interval. Flea treatment by product, usually monthly, also for indoor cats if a dog or other animals come into the home.

Works with any vet, anywhere

PokiPaw is developed in Romania, in the European Union, by Trinx Solutions. It does not depend on a clinic network: the record is yours, you fill it in, and any vet receives it as a PDF.

  • Vaccines can be found by the brand name on the vial, not just the medical name: Nobivac, Versican, Eurican, Biocan, Purevax.
  • Works with any veterinary clinic; if you change vets, the history stays complete.
  • Your data stays yours: PDF and CSV export any time, account deletion from one place, no ads and no data resale.
  • Real-time family sharing: the same record on every phone, including who gave the last dose.

Frequently asked questions about your cat's health record

My cat never goes outside. Does she still need vaccines and a record?

Yes. FVRCP and rabies are recommended for every cat: the panleukopenia virus survives on surfaces for over a year and comes in on shoes or clothes, and the record with the rabies shot is asked for at catteries and when travelling. The exact intervals for an indoor cat are set by the vet, and in PokiPaw you enter the schedule they recommend.

Does PokiPaw replace the paper booklet from the vet?

No. The paper booklet, stamped and signed by the vet, remains the official document, for example for rabies or the pet passport. PokiPaw is its digital copy and organizer: you photograph the pages, enter the dates, get reminders before due dates and export a PDF report to show any clinic.

Is the app free?

Yes. The free plan includes one cat with every feature: medical records, vaccines, deworming, treatments, daily journal, expenses, documents, PDF export and sharing with one family member. No credit card and no ads. Premium, $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year after a 14-day trial, unlocks more cats and the free plan's limits; the price in your currency is shown in the store.

Does my vet need to use PokiPaw?

No. PokiPaw works with any clinic: you enter what the booklet says or photograph the page, and send the PDF report to any vet. If your clinic is on the PokiPaw platform for veterinarians, you can connect it to your cat's record, only with your consent.

How do I keep track of a long-term treatment, for hyperthyroidism or asthma for example?

Add the treatment with its frequency and PokiPaw reminds you of every dose. Doses ticked off and doses missed stay in the history, with the name of whoever gave them, and the full history exports for the vet. It is the feature owners of cats with chronic conditions use most.

Can the rest of the family or the pet sitter see the record?

Yes. You create a family group and share a join code. The free plan includes one extra member, and with Family Seats the group can grow to 10 people. Everyone sees the same record in real time and can tick off a dose or log a meal.
